The passion and determination of him prompted to join the Life Insurance corporation of India (LIC) as an Insurance Advisor (30th November 2000), initially as a part timer which later turned into a full time profession. The Advisory agency was designated to branch 10 (870) of Surat Division under the leadership of than newly appointed Development Officer (DO), Mr. Nilesh Modi . The response surprisingly to this part time activity was overwhelming and favorable which once again prompted him to take a second bold action of his life (latter half of the year 2005), that to relieve himself from the Textile Industry and diversify into the profession of Financial Investments and Management. Powered by self determination and co supported by his DO and mentor Mr. Modi, Dharmesh has maintained a steady and consistent growth in his career.
Participated in various seminars and workshop training organized and conducted by Industry experts such as – IOE, Rajesh Tagore, R.Gopinath, Santosh Nair, Lazarus Dias, Punjab Singh and N.C. Patel.
